Onga Seasoning is a dry powder stock seasoning which presents an alternative to stock cubes but delivers superior taste and aroma. It is used during the cooking process and is used mainly with stews, soups and for making delicious sauces.
Onga Mchuzi Mix is a traditional gravy relish seasoning powder which enhances flavour and aroma, adds colour and assists with the thickening of the gravy base which is important in many traditional meals. Onga Mchuzi Mix is sold mainly in East Africa.
Onga Curry Mix offers a complete, rounded product with a great spicy flavour, aroma and color. Curry powder is made up from a combination of spices and has been widely used throughout the ages to add a spicy tang to a variety of dishes. It is currently available in Kenya.
Onga cubes are sold solely in Algeria. Two flavours are available: Chicken and Mutton. The Chicken variant combines a roast chicken flavour with more robust meat flavours, resulting in the cube being suitable for a whole range of dishes, from soups to stews. The Mutton variant combines subtle spices with a premium roast mutton flavours. Both are well-rounded and balanced, and have been specifically formulated to Algerian tastes.
