Father Christmas comes to town in Pointe Noire, Congo
Over 200 children attended. We organised games, a local DJ with dancing and Father Christmas gave out Cowbellbranded gifts. The day ended with a Christmas meal for all the children.
Engaging with local communities at the grass-roots level in this way has two key outcomes. Firstly, we, as a business, gain direct oversight of the giving-process, ensuring effective distribution of benefit to the most needy. Secondly, we become recognised as a responsible stakeholder in our local communities, enhancing the value of our brands in the eyes of all consumers and clients.
