Two former heads of state joins a literacy campaign powered by Cowbell in Ghana

Two former heads of state of the republic of Ghana have joined a literacy campaign sponsored by Cowbell to promote reading among children in the country. The campaign, “Raising Readers “, adds to the numerous activities supported by the Cowbell brand to improve the quality of education for kids in the country. The two-former leaders, President Jerry John Rawlings and President John Agyekum Kuffour, joined the representatives from Cowbell on separate occasions and tutored the children on the relevance of reading and how to do it smartly.

Cowbell presented the leaders with special hampers as a thank you package to both leaders for their support for the campaign. Both leaders encouraged the children to take their studies seriously. They also expressed their delight about the “Raising Readers” campaign and thanked the Cowbell brand for its support.

The campaign is an initiative from renowned Ghanaian broadcaster Nana Aba Anamoah. It has been running for the past 5 months with support from Cowbell. All the children who took part in the event were refreshed with the different variants of the Cowbell products as well as goodie bags from the brand.
