Sossi University Campus Activations

Sossi activations at universities commenced from June to Sept 2012. The activations targeted 33 universities and was conducted in 68 campuses and colleges across the country in a span of 99 days. The campaign targeted students who live fast-paced lives and generally want to eat something nice, but which does not take much time to prepare. The campus slogan Sossi, mlo mara dat dat, inferred that Sossi was a convenient meal alternative for a campus student - ready in no time (literally in the snap of a finger!).

The activation interacted with an estimated 110,000 students, sampling approx 84,000 students, which has resulted in 80,000 pack sales.

The highly charged activations were set within the institutions with outdoor ambiance, branding opportunity and entertainment. The university population of students, teaching and support staff were encouraged to try out Sossi as "the proof is in the eating". Prizes such as hot plates, mini fridges and TV sets were up for grabs. To qualify for the prizes one only had to purchase a product to participate in fun games, and lady luck may just have smiled upon them!
