Promasidor Tanzania makes its mark at the Saba Saba and Nane Nane Trade fairs
Saba is Swahili for 7 and Nane Swahili for 8. Traditionally the dates of 7 July (7/7) and 8 August (8/8) are public holidays associated with the workers – 8/8 is known as Farmers’ Day.
Both these occasions are marked by a number of regional trade fairs, with the principal International fair being held in Dar Es Salaam on 7/7 and the other held in the country’s capital Dodoma on the 8/8. Promasidor Tanzania participated in both, using it as an opportunity to sample thousands of visitors to the fairs with Sossi as well as other products including Cowbell Sweetmilk and Drink-O-Pop.
