Promasidor Kenya adds three branded tuk-tuks to its fleet

Promasidor Kenya has acquired 3 -wheel motorized vehicles popularly known as tuk-tuks as part of its fleet. The tuk-tuks will boost sales and distribution in selected areas and will be handled by sale reps that previously used motorbikes. In comparison, tuktuks have the advantage of triple capacity of the pannier boxes that are mounted on the motorbikes.

The tuk-tuks are part of a plan to enhance sales in a few potential areas that do not have the benefit of nearby distributors and will save the time in replenishing stocks during sales runs. Wider and thorough coverage and thereby higher turnover is anticipated.

Of the four tuk-tuks acquired two will be utilized in Nairobi and the other two in South Nyanza- Kisii and Upper Nyanza- Kisumu. The former two will primarily drive Miksi and Wow, while the latter two will drive Sossi and Onga.
