Promasidor Ghana officially receives confirmation as an ISO 22000:2018 certified company
This confirmation came after a rigorous audit of processes and standards of the company by SGS (a leading inspection, verification, testing and certification agency). The week-long exercise by the team from SGS saw an audit of different departments under the PGH business. In a short closing ceremony, Managing Director Mr Festus Tettey, expressed his satisfaction with the findings from the audit team, which was largely considered successful. He also said that going forward the new standards of food safety will remain part of the culture of PGH . The entire audit process was led internally by a PGH audit team that saw to the successful preparation of all staff and departments before the arrival of the SGS team. Management also encouraged all staff to work hard, maintain and improve the existing standards and processes for continued high growth.
