Le Berbère: Same great taste with a great new Look.
For its first anniversary at Promasidor Djazair, Le Berbère is getting a fresh new look. Following Le Berbère’s acquisition in 2016, a study was undertaken on 16 groups of consumers, among three regions in Algeria, to understand how our customers perceived the brand’s visual identity and packaging.
In the first part of the study, a survey of 1000 people revealed that the previous packaging was perceived as the main weakness of the brand and that it was time for a new, fresh and modern look for Le Berbère. The second part, which focused on how the study panel perceived the new identity, revealed that they instantly recognized the brand, adding that it gave the impression of an important, original and modern brand, focused on product development. The new logo was perceived as clear and the panel was keen on purchasing this quality product for their families.
With the thumbs up from our panel, we’re happy to introduce the new Le Berbère identity! A “before and after” campaign, with national coverage, will assure the identity transition in April and many more surprises will follow in 2017.
