JABA CHRISTMAS 2020 FACEBOOK COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
HOW TO ENTER & WIN:
- Participants can enter the contest by uploading a picture or video of a meal they’ve made for Christmas on their wall, tagging @jabaSeasoning and mentioning #JabaChristmasChallenge then nominating three people to participate as well. The meal must be their own preparation. No downloaded picture or video will be acceptable.
- Photo of your creations should be posted on Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #JabaChristmas from the 11th of December 2020 until the 6th of January 2021. All photos and videos must include a Jaba product.
- The best entries will be shared on our pages.
- To participate, entrants must be a resident of South Africa, must be following @JabaSeasoning on Facebook.
- Prizes include a R1000 cash voucher and Jaba hampers.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
- The contest ends at 7:00 pm on 6th of January, 2020.
Other Terms & Conditions:
- Promasidor shall not be liable for any injury that may be occasioned by reason of your participation in this contest. This shall include, but not be limited to physical injuries or accident(s) occurring while participating in the contest;
- Promasidor is at liberty to use any of your still images, videos, and personal information in its corporate and marketing publications and advertisements (on social media or otherwise) and with respect to any of its brands whether or not you win the contest.
- The decision of Promasidor on all matters relating to or in connection with this contest (including the selection of the winners in the event of a tie) will be final and binding on all parties concerned.
- The winners will be announced on the @JabaSeasoning page and all further communication will be done through direct messages.
- Participants are eligible to win only if they have a valid address in South Africa.
- No single fan can win twice in the contest.
- Promasidor has the right to postpone, change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or cancel the contest at any time or to accept or at its absolute discretion, reject any entries without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
