Drink-O-Pop kicks off its Selfie competition


Drink-O-Pop South Africa’s Summer promo kicked off on 15 November. It’s a four month campaign where consumers will have a chance to win their share of R200 000 in instant airtime. They can also upload a Drink O Pop contained selfie to our many social media platforms, which will enable them to win even bigger prizes: smartphones, headphones and more.

To support this campaign we have seeded almost 8000 spaza stores across the Republic. Each spaza store has received a permanent ABS advertising board, the competition poster as well as a Spaza Tub containing 100 complimentary sachets. This will increase visibility, awareness at
the point of consumption and ultimately increase the pull of Drink-O-Pop out of the wholesalers.

To date, we have had 41 264 entries and rewarded 12 253 lucky winners with airtime vouchers of R5 and R10. In our WhatsApp promo 715 selfies have been submitted with four lucky winners.
