Cowbell celebrates African Child day in Pointe-Noire
It was 11.am. when a special street patrol headed into the streets of Pointe-Noire to meet the homeless children, give them a food kits and educate them about COVID 19.
The emotion was palpable in the eyes of the children who, despite COVID 19 restrictions, could see that the Samu social Pointe-Noire and its partner (Cowbell) had not abandoned them.
